External capability requires explicit identity, purpose, scope, rate, retention, user visibility, revocation and evidence.

Least privilege and explicit scopes.
Signed, versioned and replay-resistant webhooks.
No private plaintext or contact-graph access by default.
Clear organisation or bot identity.
Human handoff and complaint path where relevant.
Sandbox and production credentials kept separate.
Provider and developer exit with access revocation.
